HOTEL POLICIES

CHECK-IN – 14:00

For customers who wish to check-in before 13:00, we offer a special room for luggage.

CHECK-OUT – MAXIM ORA 12:00

Late check-out: between 12:00 – 18:00 –50% of a one night fee is charged. After 18:00, it will be considered an extra night of accommodation.

CHILDREN POLICY

  • 0–2 years: a baby cot is provided complimentary upon request, based on availability – please request the baby cot when making the reservation or at the front desk
  • One child up to 12 years of age can be accommodated free of charge, when using existing bedding or an additional bed can be ordered for 15 € per night.
  • Maximum capacity of additional beds per room is 1.

    Any type of additional bed or baby cot can be provided upon request and must be confirmed by Residence Central.

    Pets are allowed. Additional fees may be charged.

    PAYMENT

  • Accommodation is paid at check-in.
  • Modification or cancelation of a pre-paid reservation for one or more nights shall not bring about the reimbursement of the fee for the entire reservation.
  • For non-refundable reservations, the fee for the entire stay must be paid.
  • For non-refundable reservations, the paid fee will not be reimbursed.
  • For long term stays, advance payment can be done by bank transfer also.
  • ACCEPTED CREDIT CARDS:

    Room payment can be done using credit (or debit) cards, VISA, MAESTRO OR MASTERCARD.

    SMOKING POLICY:

    Hotel rooms are exclusively for non-smokers.

    For smokers, we have a Special Place set up within Residence Central.

    ADDITIONAL GUESTS:

    You can receive guests in your room between 8:00 am and 20:00 pm, free of charge. In case your guests stay in the interval 20:00 pm – 8:00 am, they will be charged the fees for a 2nd person and register at the front desk.

    DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS:

    We reserve the right to debit our guests card regardless of their wish, in at least the following cases: in case you leave without making the payment, in case, by your activity, you have caused damages or degradations, in case you leave with objects that do not belong to you and forget to pay them at the front desk, and, in case you do not cancel the reservation at the above mentioned terms.

    We will try to amiably solve, any dispute, issue, or complaint that might appear as a consequence of enforcing our policy, and when this is not possible, it will be referred to the courts of Braşov.

    We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to intoxicated, disrespectful and turbulent customers, who, by their attitude, are detrimental to the image of Residence Central or disturb other customers. We reserve the right to evict the undesirable customers from Residence Central. Taking into consideration all the above, we also reserve the right to select our customers..

    FINAL PROVISIONS:

    We consider that upon check-in at Residence Central, any customer is aware of the above mentioned terms and conditions and has implicitly accepted them..
